Scaffolding is erected and an opening is formed to allow materials to be taken into the loft space.
Materials arrive on site and are lifted on the landing platform.
Steels are carefully positioned in the loft area to enable the installation of the floor joists and the removal of the cross members.
After the steels are in position timbers are then adapted and added to form the general loft space.
Internal timber partitions are then built which form the separate rooms. Electrical and plumbing installation can then take place.
Openings are made ready to accept the roof lights.
Roof lights are installed. Generally any window configuration can be achieved.
Final touches are then applied, including floors and decoration.
